Shahi Garam Masala

Ingredients:

  • 12-14 Green Cardamoms
  • 4 pieces of Cinnamon (medium size)
  • 4 Bay Leaves
  • 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cloves
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin Seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Coriander Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
  • Half a Nutmeg
  • 1 small piece of Mace

Method:

Dry roast all the ingredients on a low flame in a pan, then grind them into a fine powder. Store the mixture in an airtight container.
