Instead of cooking fish with the same flavor every day, add a twist to your dishes with this special fish spice mix.
Ingredients:
- Whole coriander seeds – 1 tablespoon
- Whole cumin seeds – 1 tablespoon
- Mustard seeds – 1 tablespoon
- Dried red chilies – 5 pieces
- Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
- Radhuni spice (wild celery seeds) – 1 teaspoon
- Fried garlic – 1 tablespoon
Instructions:
- Finely chop garlic and fry it until golden brown. Set aside.
