Special Fish Spice Mix

Instead of cooking fish with the same flavor every day, add a twist to your dishes with this special fish spice mix.

Ingredients:

  • Whole coriander seeds – 1 tablespoon
  • Whole cumin seeds – 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard seeds – 1 tablespoon
  • Dried red chilies – 5 pieces
  • Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • Radhuni spice (wild celery seeds) – 1 teaspoon
  • Fried garlic – 1 tablespoon

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop garlic and fry it until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Lightly roast all other ingredients in a dry pan over low heat.
  3. Once cooled, blend all the ingredients together into a fine powder.

Storage:

  • Store in a clean, dry, airtight glass container at room temperature for up to a month.
  • For long-term storage, use a ziplock bag or food-grade container and keep it in the freezer for up to a year.
