Ingredients:
- 12-14 Green Cardamoms
- 4 pieces of Cinnamon (medium size)
- 4 Bay Leaves
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Cloves
- 2 teaspoons Cumin Seeds
- 2 teaspoons Coriander Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds
- Half a Nutmeg
- 1 small piece of Mace
Method:
Dry roast all the ingredients on a low flame in a pan, then grind them into a fine powder. Store the mixture in an airtight container.
