- 8 warm flour tortillas
Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the crumbled chorizo and chopped onion. Cook, stirring frequently, until the onion becomes soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the diced potatoes, water, and minced garlic. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover the skillet, and cook the mixture for approximately 25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
- Once cooked, remove the skillet from the heat. Spoon the flavorful chorizo and potato mixture onto warm tortillas.
